Boss Monster is a retro-style video game inspired card game where players take on the role of bosses in a dungeon building rooms to attract heroes to vanquish. Players play dungeon rooms that have varying effects on the heroes (some deal damage, some enhance the damage dealt by other rooms, etc.). The expansion adds items and more room cards. Items are equipped to heroes and can help bosses deal with pesky heroes who demand not to die.
